This policy covers information collected when you visit ustechdev.com, submit an inquiry, sign an engagement, or use software we operate on your behalf. Where we build and host a product for a client, that client is the "controller" of their end-users' data and we act as a "processor" under their instructions and a separate data-processing agreement.

• Engagement information — project requirements, credentials you choose to share, and correspondence during a project.

• Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs, gathered through analytics.
• Cookies — small files used to keep the site working and to understand aggregate traffic (see §06).

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes or proposals.
• To deliver, maintain, and support the services you engage us for.

• To send service-related communications and, where you opt in, occasional updates.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Form delivery — Web3Forms, used solely to relay contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Analytics & error monitoring — e.g. PostHog, Sentry.

Each processor is bound by contract to protect your data. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use essential cookies to make the site function and analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the site works.

07 Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Inquiry data is retained while we evaluate a potential engagement and for a reasonable period afterward; engagement records are kept for the duration of the contract plus any statutory period.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you where legally required in the event of a breach.
